Natures Aid Vit B Complex Time Release (Mega Potency) 30 Tabs Natures Aid Vitamin B Complex 100 (Mega Potency) is a time-release tablet giving 100 mg each of thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid, with 100 µg of vitamin B12, 100 µg of biotin, 400 µg of folic acid, vitamin C, choline, inositol and PABA. 30 tablets – 30 days.
Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Thiamin, riboflavin, niacin and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Riboflavin, niacin, folate, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance. The time-release tablet releases the vitamins gradually. Vitamin B2 may turn urine bright yellow – this is harmless.

Good to know
VERY HIGH VITAMIN B6: 100 mg per tablet – ten times the UK advised maximum of 10 mg a day from supplements and more than eight times the EFSA safe upper level (12 mg); long-term use at this level can cause nerve damage (tingling or numbness). Do not use long term, and do not take with any other B6-containing product, unless advised by a doctor. Not for children. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
