Natures Aid Pro-Cognitiv 60 Caps Natures Aid Bio360® PRO-COGNITIV® combines 20 billion CFU of live bacteria (Lactobacillus rhamnosus, L. acidophilus, L. casei and Bifidobacterium bifidum) with high-strength B vitamins and 150 mg of magnesium per daily 2-capsule serving. 60 vegetable capsules – 30 days.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance and to the normal synthesis of some neurotransmitters. Thiamin, niacin and folate contribute to normal psychological function. Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and vitamin B6, B12 and folate contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. Live bacteria have no authorised health claims. Vitamin B2 may turn urine bright yellow – this is harmless.

How to use

Good to know
HIGH VITAMIN B6: 50 mg a day – five times the UK advised maximum of 10 mg a day from supplements and above the EFSA safe upper level of 12 mg; long-term intake at this level may cause nerve damage (tingling or numbness). Do not take with any other B6-containing product, and do not use long term without medical advice. Not to be used by people with severe kidney or heart disease; people with diabetes should consult a doctor first.
