Natures Aid Inulin Powder 250g Natures Aid Inulin Powder is 100% natural inulin, a prebiotic fibre from chicory. Each 5 g serving gives 4.4 g of fibre and only 10 kcal. 250 g – 50 servings.
Inulin is a soluble fibre that the body cannot digest; it passes to the large intestine, where it feeds the gut bacteria. Chicory inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 12 g). The powder is neutral in taste and can be stirred into water, shakes, smoothies, juice or yoghurt.

How to use
