MyProtein Layered Bar 12 x 60g is Myprotein's six-layer protein bar: two soft protein layers, a caramel centre and soya crunch, wrapped in a chocolate-flavour coating with a topping. Each 60 g bar gives 20 g of protein with less than 3 g of sugar, and it is high in fibre. Flavours: White Gold and Chocolate Peanut Pretzel. The box holds 12 bars.
It makes a properly indulgent snack between meetings, before the gym or after training. It contains maltitol, so excessive consumption may have a laxative effect, and it contains collagen or gelatine, so it is not suitable for vegetarians.
