Mutant Core ZM8+ 90 Caps Mutant Core ZM8+ is an 8-nutrient night-time capsule with zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 plus vitamins D and B12, selenium, manganese and chromium, and BioPerine® black pepper extract. 90 vegetarian capsules.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood; magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; magnesium contributes to normal muscle function; vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function and the immune system. Suitable for vegans.

How to use
Take 2 capsules at night before bed on an empty stomach with 250 ml of water. Use for 8 weeks followed by 4 weeks off.

Allergens
No major allergens in the ingredients. Made in a facility that also handles milk, wheat, egg, peanuts, soya and nuts (hazelnut). Recipes can vary by flavour and may change, so always check the label on your pack.
Good to know
Do not take more than 2 capsules a day: 3 capsules give 30 mg of zinc (above the 25 mg EFSA upper level), 450 mg of supplemental magnesium (above the 250 mg upper level) and 12 mg of vitamin B6 (above the 10 mg FSA guidance). Even 2 capsules give 300 mg of supplemental magnesium, above the 250 mg upper level, which may cause loose stools. Not for under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Speak to your doctor before use if you have a medical condition or take any medication. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
