Marchon Supplements Women's Formula 675g Orange & Mango is an all-in-one daily drink for women that combines 8 g of wild-sourced hydrolysed marine collagen, 5 g of creatine monohydrate and 4 g of myo-inositol with lemon balm, chasteberry, ginkgo biloba and 10 mg of gentle iron bisglycinate per 22.5 g serving.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (the benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g). Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal oxygen transport in the body and the normal function of the immune system. Marine collagen gives 7.2 g of protein.
