This box holds 30 single-serve 10 g sachets – easy to carry in a kit bag or running vest.
Mix it into 500 ml of water before, during or after training, or on hot days when you sweat a lot. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and normal muscle function, and potassium contributes to normal muscle function. Naturally coloured and sweetened with sucralose.
