Marchon Supplements Carb+ Electrolytes 1050g Lemonade is a scalable carbohydrate and electrolyte drink: each 35 g scoop gives 30 g of carbohydrate from maltodextrin, fructose and highly branched cyclic dextrin, with 250 mg of sodium, 150 mg of potassium, magnesium and 250 mg of taurine.

Use 1, 2 or 3 scoops for 30, 60 or 90 g of carbohydrate per hour depending on how long and hard the session is. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise.
