Innovapharm ZMX 90 Caps ZMX is a zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 night-time capsule using chelated minerals: in a 3-capsule serving it provides 30 mg of zinc (TRAACS® bisglycinate), 450 mg of magnesium (Albion® dimagnesium malate and TRAACS® bisglycinate) and 11 mg of vitamin B6 as pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P).
InnovaPharm is a US brand (Freeport, New York) and this is the US-labelled product. Zinc contributes to normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal protein synthesis; magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function; and vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Note that the men's 3-capsule serving is above the UK upper levels for all three nutrients (see warnings); the women's 2-capsule serving is lower. 90 capsules.

How to use
Men: take 3 capsules before bed, preferably on an empty stomach. Women: take 2 capsules before bed, preferably on an empty stomach.

Good to know
The 3-capsule serving exceeds UK guidance for supplements: zinc 30 mg (UK safe upper level 25 mg a day; long-term intake may cause copper deficiency), magnesium 450 mg (supplement upper level 250 mg a day; may cause diarrhoea) and vitamin B6 11 mg (FSA advises no more than 10 mg a day). Consider the 2-capsule serving. Not for under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women. Speak to your doctor before use if you have a medical condition or take any medication.
