Caffeine contributes to increased alertness and improved concentration and helps to increase endurance performance and endurance capacity (from 3 mg per kg of body weight, taken an hour before exercise). How to use

Start with a half serving to assess tolerance. Mix 1 full serving with 300–400 ml of water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 full serving in 24 hours.

Good to know
