HR Labs Cream of Carbs 2.28kg CREAM OF CARBS™ is a 50/50 blend of finely milled cream of rice and cream of oats, giving about 20 g of carbohydrate per 28.5 g scoop with more body and texture than rice alone. 2.28 kg bag in Vanilla Ice Cream, Double Choc Chunk, Custard Creams or Salted Caramel.
The oats bring a slightly slower digestion than cream of rice alone, so it fits easily into meals through the day – pre-training, post-training or simply to hit your carbohydrate target. Use as many scoops as you need. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

How to use
Mix 1–2 scoops in a bowl and add boiling water until you reach the consistency you like, or whisk on the hob with cold water. Weigh for accuracy – scoops are approximate.
