HIGH5 ZERO Protect 8x20 Tabs Orange & Echinacea HIGH5 ZERO Protect Orange & Echinacea is a sugar-free effervescent electrolyte tablet with vitamins C and D, folic acid and plant extracts. Each 4 g tablet makes 500 ml with 100 mg of vitamin C, 5 µg of vitamin D, 200 µg of folic acid, 250 mg of sodium, 100 mg of echinacea extract and 50 mg of citrus bioflavonoids. This pack contains 8 tubes of 20 tablets.
Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise – this effect is obtained with 200 mg of vitamin C a day (2 tablets) in addition to the normal diet. Vitamin D and folate contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Echinacea and citrus bioflavonoids have no authorised health claims and are listed here for information. HIGH5 now sells ZERO Protect in Turmeric & Ginger; this listing is the earlier Orange & Echinacea version.

How to use
Dissolve 1 tablet in 500 ml of water. Take 2 tablets a day for the exercise immune benefit; maximum 4 tablets a day.

Allergens
Suitable for vegetarians. Contains sweetener (sucralose) and polyols (sorbitols). Recipes can vary by flavour and may change, so always check the label on your pack.
Good to know
Do not exceed 4 tablets a day. Echinacea is not recommended for people with autoimmune conditions, those allergic to plants in the daisy family, or children under 12. Excessive consumption of polyols may have a laxative effect. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication, speak to your doctor first. Keep out of reach of young children.
