Description
HIGH5 Run Pack Mixed The HIGH5 Run Pack is a mixed trial pack of running nutrition: 3 Energy Gels, 3 Energy Gel Aquas, 1 Recovery Drink sachet (Chocolate Milkshake), 2 ZERO electrolyte tubes (10 tablets each) and a 350 ml Run Bottle with a hand grip. A simple way to try HIGH5 before a 10k, half marathon, marathon or trail run.
The gels give 23 g of carbohydrate each; Energy Gel Aqua is thinner, more like a drink, so you need less water with it. ZERO tablets add sodium, magnesium and vitamin C to water with almost no calories, and the Recovery Drink combines whey protein and carbohydrate for after the run. The Run Bottle is leak-proof, food-grade plastic and dishwasher safe. Flavours vary by stock.

How to use
Follow the directions on each product. As a guide, take 1 gel every 20–30 minutes on longer runs (up to 3 an hour), dissolve 1 ZERO tablet in 500 ml of water, and mix the Recovery Drink with water after exercise.
