HIGH5 Energy Gel Aqua Caffeine 20x66g HIGH5 Energy Gel Aqua Caffeine is a thin, drink-like energy gel with 23 g of carbohydrate (95 kcal) and 30 mg of caffeine per 66 g sachet. Because it is so watery, you do not need to drink extra water with it. Box of 20 gels in Berry or Citrus.
Each gel also provides 0.28 mg of vitamin B6 (20% NRV); vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. It is made with real fruit juice and is a good first gel for beginners. HIGH5 offers batch-tested stock (tested for substances on the WADA Prohibited List); its main manufacturing site is Informed Sport certified.

How to use
