HIGH5 Energy Drink 12x47g HIGH5 Energy Drink 12 x 47 g is a box of single-serving sachets of HIGH5 Energy Drink – an isotonic 2:1 maltodextrin and fructose drink. Each sachet makes 500 ml with 44 g of carbohydrate (175 kcal) and 240 mg of sodium. Berry or Citrus.
Sachets are handy for races and travel. The 2:1 carbohydrate blend lets you absorb up to around 90 g of carbohydrate an hour. Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise. HIGH5 offers batch-tested stock (tested for substances on the WADA Prohibited List); its main manufacturing site is Informed Sport certified.

How to use
Mix 1 sachet (47 g) into 500 ml of water and shake well. Drink 150–250 ml every 20 minutes before and during exercise.
