How to use

Mix 1 scoop (12 g) with about 300 ml of cold water and drink around 20 minutes before training. First-time users should start with half a scoop. Do not take more than 1 scoop in 24 hours (a second scoop would take caffeine above 500 mg).

HIGH CAFFEINE: about 260 mg per scoop – above the 200 mg single dose considered safe for healthy adults. Contains hordenine, a stimulant amine. Some flavours contain tartrazine (E102), which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Not suitable for children, under-18s, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people sensitive to caffeine, or anyone with heart, blood pressure, thyroid, anxiety or other medical conditions or taking medication (especially antidepressants or MAOIs).
