Gas Mark 10 Thyroid 60 Caps Gas Mark 10 Advanced Thyroid (Longevity range) is a 2-capsule daily formula with selenium and iodine, which contribute to normal thyroid function, plus zinc, vitamin B6, L-tyrosine, Coleus forskohlii and Shoden® ashwagandha. 60 capsules – 30 days.
Selenium and iodine contribute to normal thyroid function, and iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. L-tyrosine, Coleus forskohlii and ashwagandha have no authorised health claims in the UK and are described here for information only. Good to know
Do not use if you have a thyroid condition or take thyroid, blood pressure, blood-thinning, diabetes or immunosuppressant medication unless advised by your doctor. Contains ashwagandha – not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women or people with liver problems; stop use and seek advice if you notice symptoms such as yellowing of the skin or eyes. Contains 10 mg of vitamin B6 (the UK's advised maximum from supplements) and 200 µg of selenium – do not take with other supplements containing B6, selenium, zinc or iodine. Not for children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
