Gas Mark 10 No Games 330g Gas Mark 10 No Games is an extremely high-stimulant pre-workout. Each 11 g scoop contains 600 mg of caffeine – more than the 400 mg a day considered safe for healthy adults – plus 3.5 g of beta-alanine, 1.5 g of taurine, 1.5 g of L-tyrosine, hordenine, choline, vitamin C and electrolyte salts. Available in Lemon Sherbet or Rainbow. 330 g tub – 30 scoops.
No Games was developed with IFBB Pro Rob Taylor, "The Barnsley Pitbull", for very experienced stimulant users. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise (beneficial effect with at least 200 mg a day on top of the normal diet). Caffeine, beta-alanine, taurine, tyrosine, hordenine and choline have no other authorised health claims in the UK and are described here for information only. How to use
Because one full scoop exceeds the safe daily caffeine intake for adults, do not take a full scoop. If you use this product, take no more than a partial scoop that keeps your total caffeine from all sources under 400 mg a day (and no more than 200 mg at once), mixed with 200–250 ml of cold water 30–45 minutes before training. Never take more than one scoop in 24 hours, despite the 2-scoop limit printed on the pack.

EXTREMELY HIGH CAFFEINE: 600 mg per scoop (1200 mg at the 2-scoop maximum printed on the pack). EFSA advises that up to 400 mg a day, and up to 200 mg at once, is safe for healthy adults; a single scoop exceeds both. Not suitable for children, under-18s, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people sensitive to caffeine, or anyone with heart, blood pressure, thyroid, anxiety or other medical conditions or taking medication. Do not combine with any other caffeine, energy drinks or stimulants. Beta-alanine may cause harmless tingling. Contains hordenine. Do not use within 8 hours of sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of young children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
