Gas Mark 10 Cream of Rice 2kg Gas Mark 10 Cream of Rice is a smooth, quick-cooking rice porridge powder in a choice of dessert-style flavours, made from 98% white rice flour with added vitamins, minerals and digestive enzymes. Each 25 g serving gives about 88 kcal, 19.3 g of carbohydrate and 2 g of protein, with only 0.25 g of fat and 0.05 g of sugars. 2 kg bag – 80 servings of 25 g.
Cream of rice is a favourite carbohydrate source with bodybuilders because it is low in fat and fibre and easy on the stomach before training. Gas Mark 10's version is ready in about a minute and can be eaten hot like porridge, chilled as a dessert, or blended cold into a drink. It is sweetened with sucralose, so it is very low in sugar. How to use
Hot: add a heaped scoop to about 150 ml of water, shake, pour into a microwaveable bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, then stir; repeat until it reaches the thickness you like. Alternatively, cover with about 100 ml of boiling water, wait 30 seconds and stir. Cold: chill in the fridge for a dessert-style pot, or blend with milk or water as a drink.
