Extreme Labs PCT 90 Caps Extreme Labs PCT All-In-One is a capsule food supplement combining D-aspartic acid with botanical extracts and vitamins D3 and B6. The current Extreme Labs label lists D-aspartic acid, Mucuna pruriens and forskolin per capsule; older stock (as listed by UK retailers) contains D-aspartic acid, Bulbine natalensis and fenugreek. 90 capsules – check which formula your pack contains.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function. D-aspartic acid, Mucuna pruriens, forskolin, Bulbine natalensis and fenugreek have no authorised health claims in the UK and are listed for information only. Mucuna pruriens is a natural source of L-DOPA, a medicine-related compound, and Bulbine natalensis has limited human safety data – see the warnings below.

How to use

Take 3 capsules with your evening meal for 4–8 weeks, then take a break of at least 4 weeks. Do not exceed 3 capsules a day.

Allergens

Capsule shell may be bovine gelatine (older formula) or vegetarian (current formula) – check your pack. Older formula contains colours E120 (carmine – not suitable for vegetarians) and E131. Recipes can vary by flavour and may change, so always check the label on your pack.

Good to know

CAUTION: the current formula contains Mucuna pruriens (a source of L-DOPA). Do not use if you take medication for Parkinson's disease, depression (especially MAOIs), blood pressure or mental-health conditions, or if you have a heart condition, melanoma or a psychiatric illness. Bulbine natalensis (older formula) has limited human safety data. Forskolin may lower blood pressure and interact with blood thinners. Tested athletes: some ingredients may not be permitted in competition – check with your governing body. Not suitable for under-18s or for pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you take any medication or have a medical condition, speak to your doctor before use. Stop use and seek medical advice if you have any adverse reaction. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
