Extreme Labs OCS 90 Caps Extreme Labs OCS All-In-One is a botanical and mineral capsule with glucosamine sulphate (150 mg), pomegranate extract, hawthorn berry extract, turmeric root extract, celery seed extract, artichoke powder, zinc gluconate and Astragin® in each capsule. 90 capsules – 30 days at 3 a day.
Each capsule contains 20 mg of zinc gluconate (about 2.9 mg of zinc, 29% NRV); zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress and to normal macronutrient metabolism. The botanical extracts and glucosamine have no authorised health claims in the UK and are listed for information only. A blend of botanicals and nutrients for adults; it has no authorised health claims beyond any listed for its vitamins and minerals.

How to use
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day with water. Use for no longer than 8 weeks, followed by a 4-week break.

Allergens
Glucosamine is made from shellfish – not suitable for people with a shellfish allergy unless the pack states otherwise. Contains celery. Vegetarian capsule. Recipes can vary by flavour and may change, so always check the label on your pack.

Glucosamine: not suitable for people with a shellfish allergy, people with diabetes (without medical advice) or those taking warfarin. Hawthorn may interact with heart and blood-pressure medicines; turmeric with blood thinners. Not suitable for under-18s or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
