DY Nutrition Omega 3 60 Tabs is a high-strength fish oil softgel standardised to 33% EPA and 22% DHA: each 1000 mg softgel gives 330 mg of EPA and 220 mg of DHA, with 2 mg of vitamin E.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (the benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision (the benefit is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA). Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. At the recommended 2 softgels a day, the 60-softgel pot lasts 30 days.
