DY Nutrition Hit Pack Complex Packs 30x8 Packs is a daily sachet of eight tablets and softgels: a 1000 mg vitamin C tablet, a calcium-zinc-magnesium tablet, two multivitamin tablets, a fish oil softgel, a lecithin softgel, a glucosamine-chondroitin-MSM capsule and a 50 mg coenzyme Q10 softgel.
Each sachet makes it easy to take a full spread of nutrients in one go. Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system; vitamin B6 and vitamin C contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; and calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin D and vitamin K contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.
