Description
DY Nutrition Black Bombs 60 Tabs is a once-a-day stimulant tablet formula from Dorian Yates. Two coated tablets give 600 mg of berberine (from barberry root extract), 100 mg of caffeine, green tea and chilli extracts, Caloriburn® grains of paradise, 100 mg of choline and 100 µg of chromium.
Take it in the morning as part of a calorie-controlled diet and regular training. Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism, and chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. Berberine, grains of paradise and the plant extracts have no authorised health claims in the UK, so they are described neutrally here. 60 tablets give 30 servings.

How to use
Take 2 tablets with a 250 ml glass of water once a day, preferably in the morning. Do not take more than 2 tablets a day.
