How to use

Only for experienced adults: start with ½ scoop (15 g) to assess tolerance and never exceed 1 level scoop in 24 hours. Because a full scoop (about 500 mg caffeine) exceeds the 400 mg daily level considered safe for healthy adults, the safer choice is to use no more than half a scoop and take no other caffeine that day.
