Each 20 g scoop gives 8 g of L-citrulline, 3.5 g of beta-alanine, 2 g of L-tyrosine, 800 mg of CDP choline, 200 mg of L-theanine, pink Himalayan salt, AstraGin® and BioPerine®, with a 400 mg caffeine matrix (250 mg caffeine anhydrous plus 150 mg di-caffeine malate). Available in a choice of flavours including Strawberry Kiwi, Lemon, Cherry, Red Apple, Watermelon and Bubblegum. 500 g tub – 25 servings.

Pre V4 is designed for experienced lifters who want energy, focus and pumps from a single scoop. The 400 mg "caffeine matrix" refers to the ingredient weights; the actual caffeine is about 360 mg, as di-caffeine malate is roughly three-quarters caffeine. How to use

Start with ½ scoop to assess tolerance. Mix 1 level scoop (20 g) with 400–600 ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 1 scoop in 24 hours. The brand recommends 30–60 g of carbohydrate about an hour before training for the best pump.
