Conteh Sports ZMG (ZMA Formula) 180 Caps is an advanced ZMA-style night-time formula of magnesium bisglycinate, zinc bisglycinate and vitamin B6 as P-5-P, with AstraGin. A three-capsule serving gives 220 mg of magnesium, 11.2 mg of zinc and 10 mg of vitamin B6, and the tub holds 180 capsules (60 servings).
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the normal function of the nervous system, magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, and zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Gentle chelated (bisglycinate) forms are used for magnesium and zinc.
