Description
Conteh Sports Iron+ 100g is a gentle, high-strength iron capsule built around iron bisglycinate, giving 36 mg of iron with vitamin C, active B vitamins, folate and copper.
Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption, and folate, vitamin B12 and B6 also contribute to normal red blood cell formation. Bisglycinate is a chelated form of iron that is generally kind on the stomach.
