Description
Conteh Sports Essential Gains 465g is a flavoured essential amino acid drink with all nine EAAs, led by an 8 g BCAA base of 3 g leucine, 2.5 g isoleucine and 2.5 g valine, plus 2,000 mg of CocoMineral coconut water powder for hydration. The 465 g tub gives 30 servings.
Essential amino acids cannot be made by the body, so they must come from food or supplements. Essential Gains is designed to be sipped through training, and also contains ActiGin. Protein foods remain the foundation, but an EAA drink is an easy, calorie-light way to top up between meals.
