Description
Conteh Sports Conviction Elite 375g is Conteh Sports' most potent pre-workout: a high-stimulant, high-focus formula with 350 mg of caffeine plus 200 mg of TeaCrine in each 16 g scoop, backed by 6 g of citrulline malate, 3.2 g of beta-alanine and 2.5 g of betaine.
It also includes L-tyrosine, VitaCholine choline bitartrate, juniper berry extract, walnut (Juglans regia) whole fruit and Mucuna pruriens extract. Caffeine helps to increase alertness and improve concentration, making Conviction Elite a pre-workout for experienced users who want an intense session.

How to use
Add 1 level scoop (16 g) to 200–300 ml of water, shake for 30 seconds and drink immediately, about 20–30 minutes before training. Start with half a scoop to assess tolerance.
