Combat Fuel Zinc and Magnesium +B6 Combat Fuel Zinc & Magnesium Ultra (ZMA-style) gives 400 mg of magnesium from magnesium glycinate, 10 mg of zinc from zinc monomethionine and 10 mg of vitamin B6 in a 3-capsule evening serving.
Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function, and magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and electrolyte balance. Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis, to the maintenance of normal bones and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.
