Description
Chaos Crew ZMA (Zinc Magnesium Aspartate) 41g combines zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 in a capsule taken before bed. Men take 3 capsules (30 mg zinc, 450 mg magnesium, 10.5 mg vitamin B6) and women take 2.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to normal protein synthesis; magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; and vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. The tub gives 30 servings for men or 45 for women.

How to use
Men: take 3 capsules a day. Women: take 2 capsules a day. Take 30–60 minutes before bed on an empty stomach, away from dairy and calcium supplements.
