Description
Cellucor C4 Ultimate Shot 60ml is C4's most advanced pre-workout in a 60 ml ready-to-drink shot. Each shot gives 200 mg of caffeine, 2 g each of CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, L-citrulline and L-arginine, 800 mg of BetaPower® betaine and 150 mg of choline, with vitamins B6 and B12 and no sugar.
Caffeine helps increase alertness and concentration, vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and vitamin B12 to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Available here in Tutti Frutti, Apple Millions.

How to use
Drink 1 shot 20–30 minutes before training. Do not have more than 1 shot a day. Beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling sensation.
