Each scoop gives 150 mg of caffeine, 1,600 mg of CarnoSyn® beta-alanine, 1,500 mg of creatine monohydrate, 1,000 mg of L-arginine and 200 mg of N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, with vitamins C, B6 and B12, niacin and folic acid, and no sugar.

How to use
Mix 1 scoop with 150–250 ml of water and drink 20–30 minutes before training. Assess your tolerance with half a scoop first. Beta-alanine can cause a harmless tingling sensation.
