Bio-Synergy Magnesium + 90 Veg Caps combines 260 mg of magnesium from three forms – bisglycinate, malate and citrate – with 5 mg of vitamin B6 and 50 mg of ashwagandha extract in two vegan capsules.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal muscle function and normal psychological function, and vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and the regulation of hormonal activity. Ashwagandha has no authorised health claims in the UK and is described neutrally. 90 capsules give 45 servings.
