Bio-Synergy BCAA 360g is a vegan BCAA drink with 5 g of branched-chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio, plus 4.3 g of taurine, 500 mg of beta-alanine and vitamin B6 in each 12 g scoop. Blue Raspberry contains 200 mg of caffeine; Watermelon is caffeine-free.
Have it before, during or after training. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and in the caffeinated version caffeine contributes to increased alertness and improved concentration. BCAAs, taurine and beta-alanine have no authorised health claims in the UK and are described neutrally. Made in the UK. The 360 g tub gives 30 servings.
