Applied Nutrition Shred-X Powder 300g
A flavoured supplement powder containing caffeine, acetyl L-carnitine and green tea extract. Each 300g tub provides 30 servings of 10g. Choose your flavour above.
Preparation and serving
Mix 10g with 200ml cold water approximately 15 minutes before exercise. Limit intake to one serving a day. Take with food; do not combine with other green-tea products on the same day.
Total caffeine: 228mg per 10g serving, including caffeine from green tea. The panel lists 200mg caffeine anhydrous separately. Not recommended for anyone under 18, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not exceed the pack directions or use with other green-tea products. The manufacturer also sets an 800mg daily limit for green-tea extract containing EGCG. Seek professional advice before use if you take medication or have a medical condition.
