Applied Nutrition Marine Collagen Sticks 12x12g are single-serve sachets of marine collagen from wild-caught fish, each with 10 g of collagen and 500 mg of vitamin C. Just tear a stick and stir it into water for a quick, low-calorie daily drink of about 43 kcal.
