Description
Applied Nutrition Hydration+ Electrolyte & Vitamin Powder Sticks 7x8g is Applied Nutrition's Hydration+ electrolyte and vitamin drink in handy 8 g stick packs, seven to a box. Each stick provides sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium and magnesium, seven vitamins and a hydration stack of coconut water powder, taurine, Aquamin and Irish sea moss, for about 10 kcal.
The sticks are easy to carry in a gym bag, suitcase or desk drawer and mix quickly into a bottle of water. Choose Strawberry Raspberry, Lemon and Lime, Tropical Vibes or Blue Raspberry.

How to use
