Apex Formulas Morning Ritual 660g Apex Formulas Morning Ritual is an all-in-one morning drink combining a full A–Z vitamin and mineral profile with 5 g creatine monohydrate, 5 g L-glutamine, 3 g inulin fibre and botanicals including elderberry, ginger and lion’s mane, per 22 g scoop. 660 g, 30 servings, in Strawberry Lime or Citrus Punch.
Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (with 3 g a day). Vitamin C, vitamin D, zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Magnesium, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin C, folate and iron contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Calcium, vitamin D, magnesium and zinc contribute to the maintenance of normal bones.

How to use
