Description
Animal Cuts 42 Packs is Animal's best-known cutting supplement in convenient daily packs. Each pack holds 8 capsules across six complexes, with 146 mg of caffeine from caffeine anhydrous, guarana, kola nut and teas, plus green, oolong and black tea extracts, yerba mate, L-tyrosine, acetyl L-carnitine, cocoa, cinnamon, ginger, cayenne and herbal extracts including dandelion and uva ursi.
The stimulants are all in the single red capsule, so you can remove it on days when you want to avoid caffeine. Animal Cuts is designed as a 3-weeks-on, 1-week-off cycle to support a structured cutting diet and training programme; it is not a substitute for either.

How to use
Take 1 pack a day on waking for 3 weeks, then take 1 week off. Do not take on an empty stomach or with other green tea products. Do not take more than 1 pack a day.

Allergens

Good to know
High caffeine content (146 mg per pack). Contains 88 mg EGCG per day; do not exceed 800 mg EGCG a day, do not take on an empty stomach and do not combine with other green tea products. Contains colours E129, E110 and E102: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Not for under-18s or pregnant or breastfeeding women.
