Alpha Neon Maximum Carnage V2 450g Maximum Carnage V2 is a fully dosed, dual-scoop pre-workout giving 6000 mg of L-citrulline, 4000 mg of beta-alanine, 4000 mg of stabilised glycerol, 2000 mg of betaine and about 244 mg of caffeine in a full 25 g serving.

One scoop (12.5 g) lets you find your tolerance; two (25 g) gives the full dose. It also includes N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, propionyl-L-carnitine, CDP-choline, Cordyceps, Lion's Mane, Rednite® beet, N-acetyl-L-carnitine, AmentoPump® and Bioperine®. Caffeine contributes to increased alertness and improved concentration and helps to increase endurance performance and endurance capacity (from 3 mg per kg of body weight, taken an hour before exercise). The other ingredients have no authorised health claims in the UK and are described neutrally. Every dose is printed on the label.

How to use

Start with 1 scoop (12.5 g) in 300 ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. Experienced users may take 2 scoops (25 g). Do not exceed 2 scoops in 24 hours.
