Alpha Neon Darkside Onslaught Ultima 600g Darkside Onslaught Ultima is the strongest pre-workout in the Darkside range: a full 20 g, 2-scoop serving gives 7000 mg of L-citrulline, 4000 mg of beta-alanine, 2500 mg of stabilised glycerol and 333 mg of total caffeine.

Start at one scoop (10 g) and only move to two once you know your tolerance. It also includes N-acetyl-L-tyrosine, CDP-choline, Rednite® beet, Bacopa, Lion's Mane, Cocoabuterol®, green tea leaf extract (40% L-theanine) and Paradoxine®. Caffeine contributes to increased alertness and improved concentration and helps to increase endurance performance and endurance capacity (from 3 mg per kg of body weight, taken an hour before exercise). The other ingredients have no authorised health claims in the UK and are described neutrally. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless tingling sensation.

How to use

Start with 1 scoop (10 g) in 300 ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. Experienced users may take 2 scoops (20 g). Do not exceed 2 scoops in 24 hours.
